Mindfulness and Meditation helps to reduce stress, improve relationships with your loved ones, and create more peace and clarity in your life. In this workshop we will gain a deeper understanding of what mindfulness is and how we can bring it into our daily lives. We will also learn and practice several different ways to meditate throughout this workshop to bring this health and peace awakening practice more easily into your life.

  • Beginners: If you've never meditated before and are curious about experiencing its benefits, this workshop is a perfect introduction.
  • Skeptics: For those who have tried meditation but haven't enjoyed it, these techniques are meant for you. 
  • Seasoned Meditators: Even if you're well-versed in meditation, this workshop offers a perspective rooted in Vipassana to enliven and enrich your practice.
